Member Services Advocate

To support a fast-paced inbound call center, the full-time remote Member Services Advocate will manage member inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with insurance processing tasks to enhance the member experience. Key responsibilities Handle member inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy of Speed, Accuracy, and Style Enroll members in coverage and assist management with resolving member complaints Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AAA Life products and processes to provide effective service Required qualifications High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position Flexibility in personal schedules with a willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred Experience navigating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
