Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity. What will you do as a Residential Therapist? As a Residential Therapist you will be needed to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Your schedule may vary based on clinical needs of the youth receiving services. This will also include being flexible to work rotating weekends. A typical day as a Residential Therapist will include providing individual and group therapy, completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, attending Child & Family Team meetings, and developing and monitoring person-centered plans for youth in our residential facility. Provisional or fully licensed to practice therapy in North Carolina (depending on specific program). Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertain to the program(s) you lead All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
