Electrical Foreman - Southeast

Position Summary Electrical Foreman – New Construction / Remodel. This role is based in the Southeast with weekly site travel. You will manage electrical scopes across projects, including planning, layout, and direction of all electrical personnel. The position offers salary, bonus, vehicle allowance, fuel card, paid housing, and a best‑in‑class bonus program. Location Based in the Southeast, preference to Carolina’s, TN, GA, FL, AL, KY, MI, VA. All travel, housing (Airbnb), and per diem will be paid. Key Responsibilities Execute electrical scopes across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel. Forecast manpower and plan productivity for assigned scopes of work. Coordinate work with client representatives and communicate needs to the project manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations. Conduct job‑site safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines. Compile and submit project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents. Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards. Consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget. Position Requirements At least six (6) years of experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred. Active state electrical license preferred. Current OSHA 10 certificate. Ability to run medium‑size projects (4–10 electricians). Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation $100,000 – $140,000 annual compensation (based on experience, electrical license, etc.). Includes vehicle allowance, paid housing, fuel card, per diem, and a best‑in‑class bonus program.
