This is a seasonal, temporary position slated to end in January 2027, with potential for part-time or full-time employment following the 2026 Summer and Holiday season. Join The Crew We are hiring a Keyholder to join our Seattle, University Village team. Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits any of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education, world-class-service standards, and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand, and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. We’re looking for candidates that are excited to provide best-in-class support to all of our customers from their arrival, and until their departure. Full-time employees are expected to maintain open availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), to support business needs and work an average of at least 30 hours per week. Keyholders are required to work at least two (2) Fridays and Sundays per month, three (3) Saturdays per month, and two (2) closing shifts each week. What We Offer Our total rewards are inclusive of both compensation and benefits. What we offer within a salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.
