Compensation: $29-$44 per hour based on years of RN experience

Possible Sign-On Bonus

Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: +$4.00/hr
• Weekend Shift: +$1.50/hr

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Three 12-Hour Shifts Per Week
• Weekend and Holiday Rotation as Required

Position Overview

A leading acute care hospital is seeking Registered Nurses to join its Medical-Surgical and Cardiac Medical-Surgical teams. These units provide care for a diverse patient population while offering nurses the opportunity to strengthen their assessment, cardiac monitoring, and acute care skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and care for medical-surgical and cardiac patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous acute care RN experience required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
