Sales Consultant Automotive - Legacy Ford of Rosenberg

As an Internet Sales Consultant , you’ll be the first point of contact for online shoppers—guiding them through the digital sales process with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. With a steady stream of inbound leads, strong tools, and an award-winning dealership team behind you, your earning potential is unmatched.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads from our website and referral services
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software
- Provide accurate quotes on vehicle pricing, rates, and inventory availability
- Set appointments and greet clients in person for vehicle presentations
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
- Collect and process credit applications both online and in-store
- Stay current on Ford product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
- Consistently meet performance standards in customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales
What You Bring:
- Previous sales or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in CRM and digital lead management platforms
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer-first focus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
