Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.How You Will Make an Impact This position will be responsible for providing analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding various initiatives, related to formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategiesDevelop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targetsCreate and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximizationCollaborate with business partners to understand goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metricsDesign and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including; contract, state/regulatory requirementsLeverage technology expertise to engage across the enterprise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligenceRequired Experience Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other related area or equivalent work-related experienceMust have 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experienceMust be able to understand and evaluate riskExperience with supporting and managing contractual guarantees1+ years’ experience with modeling and data managementAdvanced SQL, DB Visualizer and Excel skills requiredTableau/ Power Bi experience a plusStrong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to interact with senior management and key business usersDemonstrated ability to multi-taskJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
