This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, design-forward environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. You'll execute a refined cocktail program with precision while bringing your own warmth and personality to the bar.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detailExecute a curated cocktail menu featuring classic builds and seasonal offeringsProvide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guestMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout serviceCollaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operationsAccurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operationsUphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standardsQualifications2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurantStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beerPassion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experienceAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + tipsOpportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality groupA collaborative, design-driven work environmentEmployee dining perks across Method Co.
