Renewal Specialist

*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Renewal Specialist to manage the renewal process for customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customers, Account Advisors, Customer Experience Managers to ensure timely renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
*Manage and oversee the entire renewal process for customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
*Communicate with clients regarding upcoming renewals, providing information and addressing any concerns.
*Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and Account Advisors identify renewal opportunities and strategize approaches for client retention.
*Monitor and track renewal dates, creating alerts and reports to ensure no contracts lapse.
*Analyze renewal data and trends to develop insights and improve renewal strategies.
*Maintain accurate records, documenting all interactions and updates related to renewals.
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
