$2,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $2,000 bonus when assigned to this trach/vent case.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patient with GT, Trach, and Vent.

Location: Monroe Township, NJ | Schedule: Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun: 8am - 4pm. Mon - Sun: 4pm-12pm & 12pm-8am

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $40 per hour for LPNs, $47 per hour for RNs ( Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
