Assembler – 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18.62 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Start Time: 4:45 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract to Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift . This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. Assemblers will work in a fast-paced production environment assembling components while maintaining quality standards and following safety procedures.

No prior assembly experience is required— training will be provided .

Key Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components according to production instructions and specifications
Inspect components during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent workflow
Support team members and assist with other assembly tasks as needed
Participate in cross-training across multiple assembly areas

Qualifications

No previous assembly experience required
Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong reliability and work ethic
Ability to adapt to changing production needs

Work Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Standing for extended periods during the shift
Required use of appropriate safety equipment
