Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will ensure excellent internal and external guest service through prompt and effective maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role involves responding to emergency situations, performing preventive maintenance, and handling various repair tasks across the property. Job Titles Similar To This Role Include Maintenance Technician Facilities Coordinator What Is Expected Of YOU You will provide exceptional guest service internally and externally, and physically respond to emergency situations such as fires, power outages, gas leaks, and water leaks, ensuring swift resolution and safety. Your duties include servicing and repairing air handler units, minor kitchen appliances, installing and repairing plumbing equipment throughout the property, repairing and installing new or damaged equipment (ceiling repairs, lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances), performing preventive maintenance, and fulfilling other assigned duties to support operational efficiency. Experience YOU Will Need High School/GED or Technical School degree. 1‑2 years related experience or special training in all areas of maintenance. Carpentry experience (preferred, not required). Valid Driver’s License. HVAC and electrical certification (preferred, not required). Physical Requirements Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas up to 8 hours. Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift up to 8 hours. Ability to carry and climb ladders. Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75+ lbs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors with weather conditions permitting; moderate to loud noise levels expected. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations. Valid Driver’s License.
