Loan Servicing SpecialistAs a Loan Servicing Specialist with NVR Mortgage's Loan Servicing Team, you will directly support our homebuying customers through our Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brand.This position is based on-site in our NVR Mortgage offices.What you will be doing:Answer and respond to borrower post-closing phone callsGeneral loan servicing activities such as loan boarding, payoff processing and disbursing taxes/insuranceReach out to borrowers regarding first paymentsProcess borrower paymentsUploading closed loan files to investors for reviewReview of agency loans to clear edits prior to purchasePrepare data transfer related to the purchase of loansProcess wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loansAccounting and reconciliation of purchased loans for accuracyBoarding, reporting and audit/oversight of loans boarded with NVRM subservicerQualified applicants have:Experience in the field of Loan Servicing (preferred) OR Accounting experienceCustomer orientation skills, with comfort talking to customers/investors over the phoneAttention to detail with ability to hit deadlinesAbility to work both independently and in a cooperative team environmentExcellent problem solving and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) suiteLife at NVR:As the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is committed to your success and we will give you the tools, training, and industry knowledge you need to excel and thrive.
