Sie kontaktieren Hausbesitzer telefonisch, vereinbaren qualifizierte Termine für kostenlose Beratungen und pflegen genaue Lead-Informationen und Berichte. Sie bearbeiten zudem eingehende Anrufe von potenziellen Kunden, die auf unsere Werbemaßnahmen reagieren. Aufgaben Durchführung von skriptbasierten Verkaufsgesprächen mit Hausbesitzern Anpassung der Kommunikation an die Bedürfnisse spezifischer Kunden Professionelle Beantwortung von Fragen und Behandlung von Einwänden Erfassung von Kundendaten (Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer etc.) Vereinbarung und Bestätigung von Terminen für Beratungen vor Ort Eingabe von Termin- und Kundendaten in das System Führung detaillierter und genauer Aufzeichnungen aller Gespräche Koordination von Terminen mit Außendienstmitarbeitern und Vertriebspartnern Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollanrufen Beantwortung eingehender Anrufe von potenziellen Kunden Nachverfolgung bei Hausbesitzern nach dem Erstkontakt Aktualisierung von Lead-Informationen und Erstellung von Berichten Qualifikationen Starke Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice und in der Kommunikation Kenntnisse in Vertriebs- und Marketingprinzipien (bevorzugt) Vorerfahrung im Call Center, Telemarketing, Vertrieb oder Kundenservice (bevorzugt, aber nicht erforderlich) Erfahrung in der Heimwerkerbranche ist ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich Sicherer Umgang mit grundlegenden Computeranwendungen Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und zur Organisation in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld Was wir bieten Wettbewerbsfähige Stundenvergütung (15--30 $ basierend auf Erfahrung) Hybrides Arbeitsmodell (Flexibilität zwischen Büro und Homeoffice) Karriereentwicklungsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich potenzieller Aufstiegschancen ins Management Kontinuierliche Schulung und Unterstützung Bereit zur Bewerbung?
