1099 Independent Contractor – Caregiver
Private Homecare Services is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home assistance to a client.
Schedule:
Monday–Sunday (7 days per week)
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Up to 49 hours per week
- 2 caregivers may share shifts
- Flexible availability accepted
- Start Date: TBD
Main Caregiver Duties:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care.
- Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers.
- Assist with transfers to and from the shower, toilet, and seating.
- Provide fall prevention and safety supervision.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide companionship.
- Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the care coordinator.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Dependable, compassionate, and punctual.
- Experience with personal care and mobility assistance preferred.
- Ability to safely assist a client with a walker and transfers.
- Good communication skills.
Employment Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor, subject to applicable worker-classification laws.
