In this role, you will be joining a team of highly skilled enterprise technology analysts working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment dedicated to leading edge HCM Platforms and other enterprise applications. We are responsible for the design, configuration, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of these enterprise applications to ensure that they are reliable, optimized, and meet the needs of the business units. We are looking for individuals with experience configuring and supporting HCM cloud solutions who have proven technical aptitude, and a commitment to learning new technologies and skills. This position requires the knowledge, skills, and ability to learn, implement and enhance new technologies: Analyze and Map: Evaluate complex business processes and independently match user requirements to system capabilities. Design and Build: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, configurations, and technical designs. Test and Validate: Develop robust testing criteria, and execute end-to-end system testing. Integrate and Resolve: Identifycritical system integration points and resolve moderately complex technical and configuration issues. Build Relationships: Establishand maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors across diverse, cross-functional teams. Collaborate and Align: Facilitatediscussions in large group settings, guide user forums, and drive consensus on system changes and operational improvements. Drive Results: Maintainflexibility in a changing tech environment,remaininghighly organized and driven to hit concurrent project milestones We are posting this opportunity for the Intermediate level along with our Entry and Journey level positions. The department will be filling one position at either of those levels.
