Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated Business Broker to join our team in Beaumont, TX. Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next major career move? In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between business sellers and prospective buyers. We provide the blueprint and industry-leading training; you provide the work ethic and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to local business owners to secure new sell-side listings.
• Business Valuation: Analyze financial statements (Tax Returns, Profit & Loss statements) to determine fair market value.
• Confidential Marketing: Prepare comprehensive marketing packages, such as Confidential Business Reviews (CBRs), to present listings to qualified buyers without exposing the business name publicly.
• Buyer Qualification: Screen prospective buyers, secure Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and evaluate their financial capability.
• Deal Negotiation & Management: Manage offers, guide both parties through due diligence, coordinate with attorneys/CPAs, and facilitate smooth closings.

Position Requirements & Technology:

• Weekly Commitment: You must be able to dedicate a minimum of 25 hours per week to consistently managing your pipeline, networking, and training.
• Required Hardware: You must own a reliable, up-to-date laptop or iPad capable of running digital signature platforms, video consultations, and cloud-based CRM software.
• Connectivity: A secure, high-speed internet connection is required for remote daily activities.

• Sales Background: A proven track record in B2B sales, real estate, automotive sales, insurance, SaaS, or general account management.
• Coachability: A strong willingness to learn a complex new industry and commit to our specialized training program.

• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
