Position Overview Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full‑time, flexible scheduling available. Pay $55–$65/hour, DOE. What You’ll Do As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve the highest level of function. Responsibilities Include Perform comprehensive speech‑language and swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, home programs, communication strategies, and swallowing safety. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, dietitians, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care. Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and rehabilitation meetings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide staff education and in‑service training as needed. Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) and student clinicians in accordance with state regulations, when applicable.
