Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical ICU (MICU) in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment MIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to be on call, work every other weekend, work holidays as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work on a rotating shift/callback/charge/ float to different units as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Explicit Stepdown/PCU experience. High-acuity Stroke and Neurosurgery experience. Telemetry experience. Experience with Q1 neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, and sub-dural drains. Proficiency in managing 3%NS and Cardene drips. Experience with arterial lines, VP shunts, and seizures.
