Pediatric Hospital Sales Specialist - Richmond, VA

Abbott seeks a Pediatric Hospital Sales Specialist based in Richmond, VA to promote and grow nutritional products in hospital systems. The role involves hospital negotiations, territory management, and collaboration with clinical staff across NICU, pediatrics, and pharmacy departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and support territory sales goals for pediatric nutrition products in major hospital systems
Negotiate hospital contracts and manage supply chain relationships
Deliver product knowledge and clinical information to physicians, nurses, and dietitians
Host educational events for healthcare professionals quarterly
Manage budget and territory independently with high initiative

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
NICU Registered Dietitian or NICU Registered Nurse preferred
Clinical or medical sales experience in hospital settings
Experience working with hospital supply chain and healthcare professionals
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
Local Richmond, VA candidate; no relocation

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
