Sales Account Executive - Eurofins Analytics - Richmond (Ashland), VA

Account Executive role focused on driving revenue growth across the Eastern United States by selling environmental health and safety laboratory services and consulting solutions. The position is remote and involves building relationships with industrial hygienists, EHS managers, and corporate clients to promote analytical testing and occupational health compliance services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue and profitability goals
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in industrial hygiene, environmental, and EHS markets
• Build and maintain relationships with EHS leaders, industrial hygienists, consultants, and government agencies
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent sales experience
• 2-4+ years outside sales or account management experience, preferably in laboratory services or EHS
• Strong understanding of industrial hygiene principles, environmental regulations, and laboratory analytical services
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Eastern U.S. approximately 40-60% of the time
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 base per year
