The Omni Web Developer will be responsible for the development, testing and maintenance of new and existing internal and customer-facing web applications, systems, and reports. They will update new/current applications and work with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ideas for new applications and systems. They will work closely with the e-commerce team, as well as store operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for developing, coding, testing and maintaining new & existing front-end and back-end web systems. Design and develop web apps from scratch. Collaborate with Ecommerce, Commercial Accounts, Marketing and Creative departments to identify and plan for new features. Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions. Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for web development. Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences. Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance. Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management. Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills. 2-4 years of experience in web development or software development. Familiarity with OOP design principles and the software development life cycle. 2-4 years of experience programming in Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment. Strong experience with REST APIs and JSON data. Experience using git version control. Experience with e-commerce. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems. Experience with Commerce Cloud and other Salesforce products. Experience with Shopify development. Strong understanding of web development technologies with some experience in any of the following: C# (.NET Core or later), PHP, Angular, React, Amazon Web Services, MS Azure, Google Cloud. Experience with SOX & PCI compliance standards. Experience with ADA compliance standards. Experience with mobile app development (react-native). Experienced in web design and design tools: Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience with AI tools and technologies. Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems or project tracking tools. Customer Centric/Sales Driven – Assesses customer experience within the store and promotes a culture of customer engagement.
