Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct essential and advanced laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to laboratory protocols.
• Evaluate test results with meticulous attention to detail, address any discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments are maintained and calibrated.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document procedures with precision, guide new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree from an allied health program, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within your first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure with us.
