Recruiter - High Volume Trades

Specializing in high-volume recruitment for skilled trades, the remote Recruiter - High Volume Trades will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for salaried and hourly manufacturing roles, handling 40-60 requisitions across multiple time zones while providing exceptional service to candidates and clients. Key responsibilities Connect with candidates to assess their skills and match them to job opportunities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through effective sourcing strategies Drive client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and ensuring a positive hiring experience Required qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in manufacturing roles Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition workloads of 40+ open positions Experience recruiting across multiple time zones Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success in recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions
