Talent Sourcing Specialist — ABA Therapy Company

We're looking for a recruiter who doesn't just post jobs and wait — someone who actively sources, networks, and builds relationships to fill roles. LBAPS is expanding, and this role is central to that growth.

Core Responsibilities

●        Recruit for Paraprofessional, RBT, BCBA, and office staff roles company-wide

●        Proactively source candidates across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referral networks, and other channels

●        Go beyond inbound applications — directly reach out to and engage potential candidates

●        Screen applicants and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers

●        Build and maintain a strong, ready talent pool of Paraprofessionals across all locations

Qualifications

●        Recruiting or sourcing experience required; ABA-industry recruiting experience is a big plus

●        Demonstrated experience sourcing on multiple platforms, not just Indeed

●        Highly organized with the ability to work quickly under volume

●        Confident, professional phone communication skills

●        Comfortable managing high-volume candidate screening
