We're building something different - a sourcing engine that operates like a high-performing sales team, where every search is a targeting problem and every hire teaches us something we systematize for the next one.The candidates who move the needle for us aren't applying - they're not checking job boards. Finding them takes real search craft. This role is for someone who's already spent years getting good at exactly that, and is ready to own it end-to-end: partnering with hiring managers, running the hardest searches yourself, and building the playbooks that let the function scale beyond you.This role requires in-office attendance 5 days a week (NYC - Gramercy).What You'll DoDesign and run advanced Boolean/X-ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to fill hard, niche, or senior rolesBuild sharp Ideal Candidate Profiles with hiring managers, going beyond the job descriptionOwn sourcing pipelines across multiple concurrent roles without letting quality slipRun high-volume, personalized outreach and sharpen messaging based on response dataScreen candidates before handoff to the hiring teamDocument playbooks/SOPsTrack sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion, time-to-fill) and act on themFlag when a search strategy isn't working and rebuild it, rather than just running more volumeWhat We're Looking For3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with deep Boolean/LinkedIn Recruiter expertiseTrack record filling hard or senior roles through proactive sourcing, not just managing inboundSourcing experience across multiple functions, not just one specialtyExcellent written communication - outreach that gets responses from people who weren't lookingSystems thinking - you document as you go and build toward repeatable processComfort owning multiple concurrent searches with real autonomyWhy You'll Love InspiraAmazing people with a great vision and valuesMission-driven team culture focused on student successYour work directly impacts the lives and careers of students across the globeHealth, dental, and vision insurance, base plans 100% employer paidPre-tax benefits (FSA, DCFSA, HSA, Commuter)Flexible paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays401(k) with company matchThe targeted pay for this role is: $100-110k. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
