Services Coordinator & BookkeepingODORZX is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Services Coordinator & Bookkeeping professional to support daily administrative, coordination, and financial tracking functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence communicating with clients, vendors, and third-party partners.This position will begin as remote and will transition to an in-person role in Las Vegas / Henderson, NV.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate services and communicate with clients, vendors, and third-party businessesTrack, document, and reconcile service activity, invoices, and related recordsMaintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsDraft and manage professional correspondence via email and phoneSupport basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice review and documentationEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on all assigned tasksIdentify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
