Elementary 1:1 Care SLP in Eden Prairie, MN

Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in an elementary school setting, located in Eden Prairie, MN. This role focuses on providing 1:1 care to support students' communication development and requires collaboration with educators to create effective therapy plans.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for students requiring 1:1 support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date session notes and documentation
• Partner with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals within the classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Florida State License to practice as an SLP
• Experience working in elementary school settings with diverse student populations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
