We're currently looking for Lead Teachers who share our passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education.

What You'll DoStaff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a positive and healthy environment for children to learn and grow
- Developing engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms
- Staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
- Effective communication with parents and family members
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere
- Designing lessons that meet curriculum guidelines and engage children
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma
- Speak and read English proficiently to communicate with families
- Lead Teacher applicants must meet Department of Social Services Licensing Requirements for group leads, which include:
- Holding a graduate degree in a child-related field
- Having an endorsement or bachelor's degree in a child-related field
- Completing 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours of college with a minimum of 12 credits in a child-related field
- Holding a childcare certificate or a Child Development Associate credential
- Lead Teacher applicants must have at least one year of prior experience, and assistants should have six months of experience (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility for at least six months
- A 'can-do' attitude with a passion for learning and growth
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and personalities
