Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Community Association Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and community governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Certification in community association management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
