Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado teaching license (CDE) required
• Occupational Therapy (OT) endorsement mandatory
• Previous experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt approaches based on student needs and IEP goals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to a K-12 caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations to the educational team
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by school protocols
• Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students’ functional and developmental needs
• Foster a positive learning environment through effective teamwork and evidence-based practice
