Full-Time: Monday-Friday | 35 hours per week | In-office

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. This full-time role involves providing psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, couples, or group)Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentationAttend and actively participate in supervision and social work meetingsDeliver quality care in compliance with agency policies and clinical best practicesCoordinate with medical and behavioral health professionals as neededComplete required annual trainings (e.g., fire safety, mandated reporting, universal precautions)

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York StateCurrent registration with NYS Office of the ProfessionsStrong clinical experience requiredExperience working with I/DD population a plusBilingual (Spanish) a plus
