AI Data Engineer

Salary: $141,128 - 162,168 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• At least 5 years of software or data engineering experience with languages such as Python, Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Extensive experience building, scaling, and operating cloud-based data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI APIs, including designing output evaluation or quality frameworks.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, orchestration, and large-scale data storage and retrieval patterns.
• Ability to maintain core working hours that overlap with US Pacific Time.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Python-based data engineering tools, Apache Spark, or Apache Kafka.
• Preferred: Track record of developing automated testing and data quality profiling suites.
• Preferred: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in established codebases.

• Design and deploy reliable synthetic data generation workflows and scalable data pipelines.
• Architect efficient data models, storage solutions, and retrieval mechanisms for large-scale datasets.
• Build automated validation frameworks and quantitative checks to assess system performance and uphold data quality.
• Partner with design, product, and research teams to turn evolving requirements into robust backend features.
