Local Account Manager

Coordinate staffing requests issued through delivery orders identifying the specified period of time and quantity of hours; track request-to-submittal-to-start-to-completion status. Maintain contract and staffing records and provide/coordinate reports requested by the Agency and/or Purchasing Division.

Receive and coordinate staffing/delivery-order requirements, including the requested classification, assignment period, quantity of hours, work location, and applicable qualification requirements.

Review candidate resumes against the mandatory qualification criteria for the requested classification before submission; coordinate supporting education/degree documentation where applicable.

Maintain candidate and assignment records sufficient to demonstrate that submitted personnel meet the applicable client requirements.

Coordinate candidate submission, Agency feedback, selection, start-date readiness, assignment changes, and assignment completion for awarded work.

Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders regarding open staffing requests, candidate status, active assignments, and issues requiring resolution.

Track service delivery and promptly coordinate corrective action or replacement activity if a staffing issue threatens responsiveness or satisfactory contract performance.

Maintain information needed for reports requested by the Agency/Purchasing Division, including contract utilization, quantities/services provided, participating agencies, and expenditure-related information available to Abacus.

Coordinate compliance with State access restrictions and any applicable background-related requirements before personnel receive access to sensitive/critical information or the Capitol Complex.

Skill set info - IT staffing/staff augmentation account coordination; technical requisition and delivery-order management; candidate qualification and resume review; technical recruiting coordination across WVOT's 13 classifications; candidate submission and assignment lifecycle management; client/stakeholder communication; contract and utilization reporting; issue escalation and replacement coordination; background/access compliance coordination; knowledge-transfer coordination; strong written/verbal communication; onsite Charleston-area account support and statewide staffing coordination.

Education - Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.

Certifications (if required) - Any relevant Certification preferred.
