WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range: $150,000 - $$205,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.

This position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval. Candidates must meet all stated requirements and may be required to sign a Letter of Commitment (LOC).

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Program Manager to join our Defense team!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience including 8 years managing DoD enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or service delivery programs.
• Experience managing multi-site DoD IT service contracts
• Demonstrated understanding of service desk, NOSC, cybersecurity, cloud, ITAM, and application support
• Experience managing FFP or performance-based contracts.
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Ability to lead diverse technical teams and subcontractors
• Familiarity with FAR 16.505 task order execution preferred.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

At least one of the following certifications/credentials (Must meet applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements)

• CompTIA SecurityX (formerly CASP+)
• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
• DAWIA Program Management Practitioner
• Security + 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Clearance

• Secret 
  • Top Secret/SCI preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Lead overall program execution.
• Manage TekSynap and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all contract deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, and workforce continuity
• Manage FFP cost, schedule, and performance risk.
• Lead customer communications and executive reporting.
• Oversee program transition-in and transition-out.
• Ensure compliance with security, GFP/GFI, CMMC, DoD 8140, and contract requirements.
• Drive continual service improvement.
