Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

In this role, you’ll handle customer concerns, answer questions, schedule deliveries and service appointments, and help create solutions that leave customers satisfied.

PAY: $19-$20/hourly

SCHEDULE: Tuesday thru Saturday 10am-6:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
• Schedule deliveries, service calls, exchanges, and repairs accurately
• Review warranty coverage and coordinate with manufacturers when needed
• Order parts and monitor service updates to ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and resolve issues quickly
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs when needed
