What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Ascension Seton Hays is located in the city of Kyle, Texas, a thriving suburb along the Interstate-35 corridor, 20-30 minutes south of Austin. Kyle combines small-city charm with proximity to major urban centers for cultural, entertainment, and professional opportunities.

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes for women at every stage of life.
• Champion a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach by partnering seamlessly with certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, OB hospitalist and nursing staff to provide holistic and efficient patient care.
• Elevate clinical documentation standards by maintaining accurate, timely electronic medical records that reflect the patient's true care journey and support seamless continuity of care.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient safety, enhance clinical cost-effectiveness, and support positive health outcomes within the rapidly growing Kyle community.

About the Practice

• Experienced team of 5 physicians, 2 WHNPs
• Full-time Inpatient OB hospitalist
• 1 in 6 call rotation with Certified Nurse Midwife night coverage
• Onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogyn services
• Onsite lab
• DaVinci Robotics
• Rated by U.S. News & World Report as a top hospital for maternity care
• Established referral base serving a community of approximately 75,000

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
