As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and clinic areas Perform some data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Directly assist maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and inventory Administer screening assessments as requested Oversee part time assistants Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite or similar. Also familiarity with various social media postings and replies (eg - FB, , Yelp, Google reviews, X, Insta, TikTok, etc.) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Friendly engaging manner is desired as highly compatible for job position
