Principal AI Enablement & SDLC Coach (AI Developer/Coach)

This individual will:

Drive AI adoption across engineering teams
Train developers on Claude Code
Coach engineers on AI-assisted development
Create enterprise AI development standards
Build Communities of Practice
Partner with Architecture, Security, Engineering Leadership, and AI Governance teams
Improve developer productivity through AI-enabled software delivery

Must Have

15+ years SDLC experience
2+ years AI-assisted software development experience
Deep Claude Code expertise
Developer coaching and mentoring experience
Organizational Change Management experience
Developer Enablement program experience
Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, React background
Architecture-level credibility
AI-generated code review experience
GitHub and CI/CD expertise
AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
Exceptional executive communication skills

Strong Pluses

Developer Productivity programs
Community of Practice leadership
AI Governance collaboration
AI Transformation initiatives
Technical curriculum development
Insurance or regulated industry experience
