What You'll Do
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor departmental spending and analyze actual costs versus budget
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
• Ensure financial transactions are accurately coded and recorded
• Investigate discrepancies and implement appropriate corrections
• Partner with operations and department leaders on expense-related matters
• Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts within SAP
• Provide financial justification and analysis for investments and spending requests
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement efforts
• Maintain compliance with corporate accounting and auditing standards
• Monitor energy-related expenses, reporting, and account management
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations


What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or financial analysis
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus
