As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients. Job Responsibilities Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying the company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen the branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the company and clients, following policies and procedures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Passion for creating exceptional experiences and ability to set the tone in the branch, ensuring every client feels valued and every team member is part of a dynamic and engaging culture. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees, helping them achieve remarkable results and grow in their roles. Expert at multitasking, excelling at organizing and managing competing priorities while developing plans for growth and success. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment, using strong decision‑making skills to navigate challenges and lead the team confidently. Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for all. 2+ years of management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement Successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. Ability to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state. Dodd Frank And Safe Act This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other relevant information. A felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify a candidate. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the Truth in Lending Act/Dodd‑Frank Loan Originator requirements and the SAFE Act of 2008. The employee must register on NMLS and maintain compliance through annual renewal and required updates.
