Mb Staffing Services is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst with 1–3 years of finance or budgeting experience to support financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required) 1–3 years of finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations experience Strong knowledge of budgets, financial analysis, and reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports Assist with monthly Board reports Support the development of Budget Book tables, charts, and narratives Gather and analyze financial data Recommend process improvements and support financial operations Perform special projects as assigned We're looking for a motivated, analytical professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to make an immediate impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
