Nurse Manager - Progress Care - [Full time - Day Shift\]

Manager Nursing - Progress Care (Full-Time, 8-hour Day Shifts) Location: Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Napa, CA. Responsibilities: The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24‑hour accountability for clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development and continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and others to review, analyze and recommend changes in practice toward achieving the hospital’s goal to become a Center of Excellence. Practice is in accordance with Joint Commission standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria, and professional practice standards. Performs all duties under minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing California Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire 3 years relevant clinical experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing Leadership/supervisory experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Business Solutions, Inc
