Position Overview We Offer Psychiatrists Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We are actively looking to hire talented child or adult outpatient psychiatrists in Tulsa, OK, who are licensed in Oklahoma, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA, experienced in medication management and therapy, and passionate about patient care. Compensation & Benefits 100% outpatient work in a Group Practice Setting. Hybrid Model. Telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Generous "above market" compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus. Annual incentive bonus up to $10,000. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP and more. Compensation range $280,000 to $400,000 – compensation model based on productivity. Open to NP supervision – equals added revenue. Qualifications Fully licensed in Oklahoma, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA. Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy. Sign‑on bonus. Certified in Spravato (optional).
