Sales Lead

The Sales Lead plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations and sales performance. As a trusted floor leader and key holder, the Sales Lead helps bring the Kindthread brand to life through strong service, product knowledge, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for leading by example on the sales floor, driving results, and ensuring the store operates smoothly during assigned shifts. The Sales Lead serves as a culture carrier - modeling accountability, inclusivity, and heart in every customer and team interaction, striving to make hard days easier for the caregivers we serve. What You’ll Do: Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, ensuring every caregiver feels welcomed, supported, and valued Drive individual sales performance while contributing to overall store revenue goals Serve as a key holder and act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts Lead the sales floor with strong presence, energy, and product knowledge Coach and support Sales Associates in real time to elevate service and selling behaviors Execute visual merchandising and brand presentation standards Support inventory management, replenishment, and stock organization Uphold cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures Assist with daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and scheduling support, including store walkthroughs, alarm and cash procedures, daily reporting, and ensuring the store is secure, clean, and set to brand standards for the next business day Support local outreach initiatives and community engagement efforts Provide feedback to store leadership to help improve performance and customer experience Who You Are: 1–3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment Previous key holder or leadership experience preferred Strong seller with confidence in driving results and building customer relationships Energized by working on the sales floor and leading by example Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented Comfortable supporting operational processes and store standards Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Why You’ll Love Working Here: Free scrubs to keep you looking and feeling your best Monthly bonus opportunities Benefits available to all employees Development and career advancement in a growing company Be part of an exciting new chapter as we build out our retail footprint, with opportunities for future growth as we expand Collaborate directly with leadership and have a voice in shaping the brand’s retail vision Physical Demands Constantly standing and walking Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching Lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Climbing and descending ladders and step stools #J-18808-Ljbffr kindthread
