We are seeking an experienced Lounge Supervisor to oversee nightly operations, support our staff performance, and manage customer relations. The ideal candidate will need to show strong leadership skills and focus on the following responsibilities:
- Supervise all servers and staff to ensure that their performance is up to the business standards.
- Maintain nightly lounge operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Address customer concerns and customer related matters
- Help promote bottle service sales while maintaining customer relations
- Maintain the nightly business flow to maximize sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to provide assistance in any part of the nightly business flow
Aria Hookah & Bar is a night time lounge providing hookah and drinks. This is a night time position and seeking a supervisor to work 6 days a week from 9pm to 2am (or close earlier depending on the night)
