First-time investors can get started easily, and experienced investors can grow their portfolios, all on a clear, transparent, modern platform.

Tirios co-invests alongside our investors in every property, and investors earn quarterly rent dividends. We’re building the go-to platform for people who want long-term financial stability through real estate.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer to own how new retail investors discover Tirios. Your audience is people exploring alternative investments for the first time: curious, smart, and looking for something simpler than what’s out there.

You’ll run the full consumer growth engine: content, paid acquisition, creators, community, and referrals. You’ll experiment every week and scale what works. This is a builder role at an early-stage company. You’ll have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a visible impact on growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production of short-form video, social posts, threads, memes, and landing pages that make real estate investing feel simple and approachable
• Run and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, from creative testing through tracking and attribution
• Build and scale creator partnerships and UGC programs that explain Tirios in plain language
• Design and manage referral programs, promotions, giveaways, and event marketing
• Build community engagement loops through comments, DMs, and newsletters to turn followers into investors and investors into advocates
• Run a weekly experimentation cadence across ads, funnels, and incentives, and report clearly on what’s working

What You Bring

• Early-stage growth or consumer marketing experience at Coinbase, Robinhood, Acorns, Public, or a similar consumer fintech
• Strong command of paid acquisition, conversion tracking, and creative testing
• A proven record of growing social channels and creating content that spreads
• Comfort with fast, data-driven experimentation and a bias toward shipping
• The ability to explain complex financial products in simple, engaging terms

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing investment, real estate, or other regulated financial products
• Hands-on experience shooting or editing short-form video
• A network of finance or personal-finance creators

Familiarity with GTM tools

What Success Looks Like

• In 30 days: you understand our funnel, audience, and current channels, and you’ve launched your first experiments and built a repeatable weekly testing system running across paid, organic, and creator channels
• In 90 days: you’re driving measurable, efficient growth in new investors and own a growing content and community engine
