Director, Global Insights
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Global Insights to provide strategic market research and analysis supporting oncology portfolio decisions across multiple geographies. The role involves translating market data into business recommendations, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to inform clinical development and commercialization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global insights roadmap supporting portfolio strategy and business opportunities
- Conduct market research on disease states, competitive landscapes, and managed care dynamics
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and business decision-making
- Partner with clinical development, commercial, and medical affairs teams to inform early-stage decisions
- Communicate market insights and analytical findings to diverse internal stakeholder groups
Requirements
- Experience with pipeline molecules in oncology across multiple geographic markets
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Market research and competitive analysis expertise
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to travel to California office regularly
