Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CRT or RRT certification
• Experience with critical care and mechanical ventilation
• Experience drawing and analyzing ABGs from arterial lines and punctures

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Patient population: adults
• Care areas: Inpatient and ED
• Expected caseload includes 5-6 ventilators
• RT equipment includes 840/980, V60, and Vapotherm
• Intubation support required by assisting with intubations
