About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President - Interoperability Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Aladdin Provider operating model, with a focus on governance oversight, control execution, relationship management, and service delivery alignment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the interoperability of various investment operations functions, including middle and back office operations, and is central to the provider operating model. The role involves acting as the primary relationship lead for Aladdin Provider, managing day-to-day engagement, and issue escalation. The candidate will also be expected to establish and execute governance frameworks, drive compliance for audit readiness, and lead various governance and service reviews. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years' of experience in fund accounting, custody operations, investment operations, securities processing, or capital markets operations. A strong understanding of back and middle office operations, particularly within the Aladdin operating model or a comparable front-to-back investment platform, is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong governance, control, and operational risk mindset, as well as excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills. Analytical problem-solving, a focus on data integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset are also essential. The ability to work effectively across global teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment is necessary.
